good stay with room for improvement
The breakfast exceeded expectations with generous selections like fresh noodles, eggs, and fruits. The staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating, making the experience feel welcoming. The city view from the common area added a nice touch to the atmosphere during my stay.
While the room was functional, it lacked a bit of extra space for comfort.

Does it deliver?
Incredible location for exploring local sights, with wonderful family accommodations. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and the staff proved to be helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
The rooms could benefit from improved soundproofing as noise from other guests persisted. WiFi was often slow or nonexistent in certain areas.

Staying with 20 family members, we loved the hotel's prime location, just a 5-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market and the Opera House. The breakfast was freshly made each morning, providing a nice start to our day together.
In my wife’s opinion, the family rooms could use a little more space for comfort.

missingWrote a review on 18 Mayspacious roomfree beercramped space
The Deluxe Quadruple Room offers ample space for a family, featuring two queen-size beds which, while cozy, manage to fit four people quite comfortably. The unique perk of a free beer during happy hour adds an enjoyable twist to the evenings, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
Staying in the room with five adults felt cramped, lacking space to easily accommodate everyone. The location right across from a local market could be a nuisance due to occasional unpleasant smells, making quick trips difficult without enduring a temporary stench. there's a chance of noise from nearby rooms, especially when rowdy guests come back late, which could disrupt a peaceful stay.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 2 nights. The room was clean but basic. It wasn't super spacious, and the bed was kinda firm, not the softest. The breakfast was okay—enough to get you going, but really nothing fancy. There were some nice restaurants nearby, which was cool. But overall, it felt pretty average, nothing to really write home about.

It was just an appropriate option for strolling in Ho Chi Minh City with attractive and competitive value for money. The open kitchen concept was especially enjoyable, as I could engage with the wonderful long-term staff while preparing breakfast. Try to take advantage of the elevator if you have heavy luggage!
